General Questions
I need something designed in a hurry, can you help?
It depends on the design request and the time that is available during the time of such a request, and of course, and may require a rush fee if it interrupts a present project.
Can I use pictures that are taken with a digital camera or downloaded from the Internet?
If the quality of the digital photos are substantial and relevant to your project, then yes. However, shabby images of low quality or those inadequate for whatever reason, will only hurt the design, and Kabod Media will have to say NO to those to protect your image and ours.
As far as Internet images, if you have downloaded hi-quality images you've purchased and obtained license/copywright for, then by all means we will use them.
Is there any type of work that you'll refuse?
Yes, any thing that promotes adult material, gambling, or illegal/fraudulent activity. Some other jobs may not be suitable for Kabod Media for several reasons. Some may be projects that are too large (our niche mareket is start-ups and small businesses), and then there may be others where the potential transaction doesn't look promising. But whatever the reason, Kabod Media has the right to rufuse particular projects.

What is a domain name?
A domain name is the address where you can be found on the web, for example, www.kabodmedia.com. It has to be registered through an Internet registrant service, yearly or you can pay up your registration for several years for around $10/year.
Webucation Tip: If you allow your domain name to expire, it's possible someone else can register the name, and it may not be available when you decide you want to register it again, so if it's a name you surely need to hold on to, keep your registration paid.
What is Web Hosting?
Web hosting is basically the rental of the space for your website to be accessed on the World Wide Web.
What is web maintenance?
Web Maintenance is the editing and updating of your website needed to make changes and keep it fresh with new content as much as possible. It can include adding/deleting pages/and images, etc.

What do I need to supply or contribute to build a website?
Since you know your business better than we do, we will definitely need:
- text/content - provided electronically (on disk or email)
- workable company logo, if available
- quality images/photographs
- any brochure, promotional advertising material you think would facilitate the website production
How long will it take to build a website?
Our standard completion goals is up to three (3) weeks. However, this is all contingent on the client's schedule and promptness in supplying materials (content/images).
Design Orders
What if I decide to cancel a job after I have ordered it?
In the event that work is
postponed or cancelled, you will be billed an hourly rate of $50.00 for work already undertaken. If a deposit has been secured, you will be refunded minus any outstanding fees. If there is a balance owed however, it is expected to be paid within
